Q: Why are you so Cheap?
A: LimoWest is a small company that keeps is running cost to a minimum. so a cheaper fair is more achievable.

Q: Is eating, drinking or smoking allowed in the vehicles?
A: For hygienic and cleanliness reasons the Company operates a strict no smoking and no eating zone inside its vehicles, however drinking is permitted. Please pre-arrange any requirements when booking.

Q: What is the luggage capacity and do you have a trailer?
A: Please note that our luxary limousines and luxary sedans have the same boot size as a standard sedan and are not suitable for passengers with excessive luggage. It is not possible to store the luggage between seats and trailers are not available.

Q: What payment methods do you accept and when will I be charged?
A: We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank deposit and credit card (Via Paypal).
The following conditions apply:

The balance of the quoted price must be paid before the hire or to the driver at the time and place of the first pick-up. Cheques are also accepted as payment, if received no less than 5 working days before pick up date. When paying by cash, cheque or bank deposit, credit card security maybe required.

Q: Do I need to leave a deposit when I make a booking?
A: Yes, we require a $70 deposit to confirm all bookings.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The full hire fee is payable in full if the contract is cancelled by the Client within forty eight (48) hours of the hire.

Q: Are we allowed to stop to take photos?
A: Customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos and this time will be included in the total journey time.

Q: How do I get a quote for a service?
A: Quotes are available by submitting our online request form or by calling 0458 925 466. Please provide details of any special requirements when booking

Q: What is the minimum time when hiring a limousine?
A: The minimum hire charge is 1 hour.  After that, you are charged in 15 minute increments.

Q: Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A: No we will monitor your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.

Q: How much waiting time do you include?
A: Normally we allow 10 minutes of waiting time. For airport transfers we allow 20 minutes waiting time after flight landing for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights.

Q: How do we find you at the airport?
A: The chauffeur will hold a sign with the passenger, group or company name near the appropriate luggage carousel or gate.

Q: Do you provide for the safety of babies and children?
A: No. You can provide a baby seat and/or child booster if required.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: We would recommend that you book as early as possible, as we don’t want to disappoint you by being booked out.

Q: Are your vehicles licensed and insured?
A: Yes, all of our vehicles are fully licensed and insured.

Q: Can I view the vehicles?
A: Yes viewing available by appointment
